How to Start to Co-operate with Us

 

Starting to co-operate with fundraising is never an easy decision for charitable organizations.

From the very first day our clients are getting all our knowledge and support. In most cases the best start for a co-operation with us is to make a test through a direct-mail campaign (also called mailing).

Such Test Mailing is usually called Prospect Mailing Test (PM Test). The PM Test is used to test target groups, topics and design of the mailing.

The people who are responding at the PM Test with their donations, are becoming donors of the organization and are getting afterwards a personal Thank you letter (TYL) or a Welcome package (WP) with additional information on the organization.

Donors are regularly getting further appeals from the organization. The more intense the contact is, the more profitable the relationship is, and will be, on both sides. The organization is, beside raising money as its main goal, also spreading out its mission, ideals and goals. Donors on the other side are informed about the organization and about what's going on in the whole society.

According to market researches the most frequent reason to donate is to show solidarity to the organization, who is trying to solve one or more specific problematic issues.
