FUNDRAISING is providing full service also including tele-marketing – inbound (passive) and outbound (active) as well.

Inbound (passive) TM

Each organization has got one info line assigned, that donors and potential donors, as well, can call and get information about sent educational materials, about organization's projects and use of collected money.

We are providing full trained professional operators working between 7:00am – 7:00pm. Included in the service are the immediate corrections (deletion, insertion or change in the addresses of the donors) in the database of the organization.


The most common queries are:

  • checking the existence of the organization

  • asking more information on the organization

  • request new payment slips

  • checking the source of the address

  • changing/deleting/inserting address of the donor/potential donor

 

It is common for Fundraising s.r.o. to employ also physically handicapped people (like partially sighted people with adjusted software, or people with sclerosis multiplex, etc...)

Outbound (active) TM

Outbound telemarketing includes active calls to donors or potential donors selected specifically for individual clients and their projects.

Examples include:

  • calling companies to donate non-profit organization their 2% of taxes (Slovakia)

  • calling Top donors (donors who donated above average donation) at the beginning of the year to thank them personally. As a follow up was sent a big gift (Slovakia, Czech republic)

  • checking the addresses of the donors (Slovakia, Czech republic)

 

Telephone conversation is considered to be the most effective and the closest communicative channel. However, it must be followed up with further communication with the donor.
